Piecemeal Puzzles - Founder

Reimagining and redefining a stagnant product in an exponentially growing space (+38% YOY) - Piecemeal Puzzles is a contemporary jigsaw puzzle e-commerce brand. It targets a younger, design-savvy audience and promotes wellbeing through more mindful offline activity.

- Increased individual fee-paying members by 300%, organically (from 500 to 5,000)
- Ideation, creation, and management of 2x member-exclusive events, monthly - selling out in an average of 4 hours. 
- Developed The Nudges social media strategy leading to 80% YOY average growth across organic social channels.
